Local orders are ready for pickup within 7–10 business days.
All other orders require 10–14 business days for delivery. Processing times may vary for custom or personalized items.
If you need an order by a specific date, please reach out prior to placing your order.
All items are handmade and thoughtfully created just for you.
Returns
Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Unwashed/Unworn
Personalized items cannot be returned
unless a mistake was made by CC Design & Gifts.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
